Shipping
All our items are shipping within the UK using either Royal Mail or courier. We aim to have all items dispatched within 3 working days of payment. This does not apply to personalised items which do take longer due to the personalisation.
Please be aware we are unable to class an item as missing until 15 working days have passed since dispatch. This is inline with directives laid down by Royal Mail.
If your item has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, we will send a replacement for you and claim for the missing item from Royal Mail.
Refunds & Returns ( non personalised items )
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way you are more than welcome to return it to us with 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. The refund will be made in the same way in which the original payment was made. Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
If your item has arrived damaged we will replace on a like for like basis at no cost to the customer. We will cover any return postage costs incurred.
Refunds & Returns ( for personalised items )
We are unable to offer returns or refunds on personalised items. If the item arrives damaged we will replace on a like for like basis.
Privacy
Your details are held by the website in the strictest confidence. Your details are used solely to process your order and nothing else.
Your payment details are handled by our third party payment processers PayPal or SagePay. We never have access to your card or bank information.
