Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders received within 3 working days. The shipping methods used are Royal Mail or Courier. Please be aware that some parcels will require a signature on delivery.
Parcels are normally delivered within 5-7 working days. We will e mail you if there is a delay.
Royal Mail demand that 15 working days have passed since shipment befor they will class a parcel as lost. If your item does not arrive please be aware we may require you to wait the full 15 working days as required by Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way then you are welcome to return it for a refund or exchange. If the item has arrived damaged we will cover all return shipping costs. If however you are returning the item for a refund then the return shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility and the refund given will exclude the original shipping costs paid.
If you wish to return you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and have the item back with us within 14 days.
Personalised items are not returnable under any circumstances.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. The Online Wedding Store can not held responsible for items that are out of stock at the time of order. If your item is out of stock when ordered we will contact you by e mail and offer you an alternative or refund.
